South Africa is known for its rich flora and fauna, and one of the most striking trees you can find here is the Eucalyptus Cinerea. With its silvery leaves and refreshing aroma, this tree is an intriguing part of South African landscapes.

Australia, Italy or South Africa

Eucalyptus Cinerea is native to Australia, but has found its way to Italy, France, Portugal and South Africa, among others. 

Our Cinerea actually always came only from Italy,France and Portugal. But because the leaves also need time to grow, we then often had a less ample supply of the Eucalyptus Cinerea from May/June onwards. 

Because the seasons in the South of Africa are different from those of the South of Europe, the time of growing in Africa is different. Therefore, nowadays we can offer the beautiful leaf all year round.

A Touch of Silver

Eucalyptus leaf can be recognized by its gray, silvery haze. This silver hue creates a unique look and makes the leaf easy to combine with other colors. 

What makes the Cinerea really special is its wonderful aroma. The leaf contains a high content of essential oils that give off a refreshing scent.
