Cape green is a collective name for various South African green products. These green products grow in a region near the southern tip of South Africa. This southern point includes the famous Table Mountain and Cape of Good Hope.

The various types of greenery are not all available year-round. When it is high summer in Africa, for us the end of December, people in South Africa have vacations. This means that for 3 weeks there is no African greenery coming our way. During the months of September to December, greenery runs at its fastest. During these months the demand for the greenery is also the highest. This is because Cape greenery is often used in Christmas arrangements and wreaths.
